Part A: Website terms

By browsing the website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the site.
2. Intellectual property
The content, text, images and marks on this website belong to OrganiClean, LLC and may not be
copied or reused without our permission.
3. Links to other sites
We may link to third‑party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible
for their content or practices.
4. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the
law allows.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrganiClean, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential
losses arising from your use of the website.

We may update the website and these terms at any time, and we may suspend or end access to the

Service Terms and Text Message Terms
Part B: Service terms
Estimates and quotes. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after an
inspection of the property.
Scheduling and home access. You provide safe access to the property, alarm and key instructions, and
secure any pets before the visit.
Cancellation and rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or lockouts may
incur a fee described in the estimate.
Payment. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or estimate, using the payment methods we offer.
Satisfaction and re‑clean. Tell us within 48 hours if something is not right, and we will return to make it
right.
Damage and claims. Report damage within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of
the damaged item up to the amount of the service fee, except where the law does not allow that limit.
House watch limits. House watch visits are visual checks only. They are not a security, alarm
monitoring, emergency or insurance service, and you remain responsible for contacting emergency
services.
Exterior wash and window cleaning. These services are weather dependent and may be rescheduled.
Pre‑existing damage, failed seals and loose screens are not our responsibility.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify OrganiClean, LLC against claims arising from your breach of these
terms or unsafe conditions at the property.
Part C: Text message terms
Program. OrganiClean, LLC customer text messages include appointment confirmations, service
updates, quotes and follow‑ups.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive these messages.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or contact info@organicleanmaine.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Mobile information is never shared for
marketing.
Governing law and disputes

federal courts located in Knox County, Maine.
